It becomes what organic chemists call an ansiscopic mixture. It is toxic, carcinogenic, and mutagenic. It destroys forever the water for any use. So, this law is wrong. Texas is going to cause the illness and death of its own citizens all for the quick, fast buck of the dying, climate change denying fossil fuel industry.
